Who we are

WhatsApp and Meta

WhatsApp is provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates. When you use WhatsApp, Meta processes information under its own WhatsApp Business Privacy Policy and applicable terms. We do not control Meta's systems and are not responsible for how Meta processes data on its own platforms.

If we use WhatsApp Business Platform features (including the WhatsApp Cloud APIor similar tools), Meta may process message data as described in Meta's documentation and business terms. We use these tools to operate our business and communicate with customers (for example, to respond to inquiries, confirm orders, coordinate delivery, and provide support). Depending on how you contact us and what you share, we may process:

  • Your phone number and WhatsApp profile name, as shown in WhatsApp
  • Message content, timestamps, delivery details, and media you send
  • Business profile information visible in WhatsApp (for example, business name, description, and hours if displayed)
  • Technical metadata related to messaging (for example, delivery status where available)

How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • Answer questions and complete orders
  • Coordinate delivery, pickup, or payment as we agree in chat
  • Provide customer support and improve our service
  • Send transactional messages related to orders and customer support

We do not sell your personal information.

We use WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta, as a service provider to send and receive messages. When we use the WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta may process messages and related data on our behalf as described in Meta's policies and our use of their services. We keep messages and related information only as long as needed for the purposes above (for example, to fulfill an order and handle follow-up support), unless a longer period is required by law or for legitimate business needs.

We take reasonable steps to protect information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please avoid sharing sensitive information that is not needed for your order.
